What started as a pursuit of excellence on the track naturally extended to a deeper connection with the land around us.

Km-1 was born here. From the olive trees that have been part of our estate for generations. From our wish to create something truly ours, respectful of nature and intentional in every step.

We believe in working responsibly, in harmony with the rhythm of the land, reducing our environmental impact.

From the grove to the bottle, every step is carefully managed. The olives are hand-picked, harvested early, and cold-pressed within hours to preserve the full quality and character of every drop.
